And the Winners Are …        

Two faculty members win prestigious National Book Critics Circle awards.

Nicole Fleetwood, a professor of American studies and art history at the School of Arts and Sciences, won in the category for criticism for Marking Time: Art in the Age of Mass Incarceration (Harvard University Press, 2020).

Cathy Park Hong, a professor in the MFA in Creative Writing program at the School of Arts and Sciences–Newark, won in the category for autobiography for Minor Feelings: An Asian American Reckoning (One World, 2020).
