One-Stop Satisfaction
A new semester for students is often fraught with logistical concerns. To help them manage the nonacademic side of student life and to avoid having to contact multiple offices, Rutgers University–New Brunswick opened the One Stop Student Service Center. The One Stop, first introduced at Rutgers University–Camden and recently unveiled at Rutgers University–Newark as well, provides services for financial aid, student accounts, and registration remotely and in person. “It promotes a progressive, simplified, and consistent student experience and a culture that supports student satisfaction and success,” says Courtney McAnuff, vice chancellor of the Division of Enrollment Management at Rutgers–New Brunswick.
