AT&T, American Camp Association to Honor ‘SPARK’ Campers for ‘Cell Phones for Soldiers’ Community Service Project

BACKGROUND: | Last summer, SPARK introduced a community service project lunchtime initiative to its slate of activities. Campers created and decorated an environmentally friendly “Cell Phones for Soldiers” drop-off box, and also made holiday cards for U.S. troops. Their efforts made them co-champions, with Catholic Youth Camp of Roseville, Minn., of the friendly community service contest sponsored by AT&T and ACA. |
