My Annual Budget Message to the University Senate

Members of the Rutgers Community,

Earlier today I addressed the University Senate to discuss the Rutgers University budget.

In my remarks, I briefly outlined our major revenue sources and broadly discussed our expenditures, highlighting a few strategic initiatives and investments in our campuses. I also spoke about planning efforts to ensure long-term financial sustainability for the university and about the uncertainties we face regarding federal and state funding in the coming year.
